I have no idea if/when I'll receive my order, but at this point I no longer wish to place orders with the company that I loved for fear that I'll just have to go through this again. They also keep saying they will escalate this issue, but I doubt much is actually happening when that is said. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they keep telling me that I will receive my order in 1-2 business days, which of course hasn't happened. The tracking history hasn't changed since Oct 16th, but everyday the estimated delivery date changes to reflect the current day. I had placed an order that was meant to be 2nd business day express back on October 15th and still have yet to receive it (today is November 2nd). It's also very unfortunate that when we order from our favorite companies, we don't have a choice of who they use to deliver our products. I'm sure we all wish we could give this company negative stars. Terrible service and useless customer service.
